Testnet software: use at your own risk
Privé is experimental software running on Robinhood Chain testnet. It has not been audited. Do not deposit real funds. The protocol may contain bugs. You use Privé entirely at your own risk.
Non-custodial
Privé does not hold custody of your funds or private notes at any time. If you lose your private note, you lose access to the corresponding deposit. There is no account recovery.
Prohibited use
You may not use Privé to evade sanctions, launder funds derived from criminal activity, or violate applicable law. The proof-of-innocence mechanism is designed to make Privé unusable for such purposes, but users remain solely responsible for legal compliance in their jurisdiction.
No warranties
Privé is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developers are not liable for any loss of funds or damages arising from use of the protocol.
